Egyptian Pickled Eggplant

Pickled Eggplant is an Egyptian appetizer; you will see it when you go to a public restaurant, or a BBQ restaurant. This appetizer increases sex drive where it contains garlic which helps sex drive.

Ready in: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 1 pound black long eggplant.
  • 1 small garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • Frying oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 1 tomato


Directions

  1. Clean the eggplant and get rid of head.
  2. Slit the eggplants.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Add tomato juice to salt and put it on low heat until become thick.
  5. Mince garlic and pepper, then add salt and vinegar.
  6. Add the garlic mix into tomato sauce, and leave it 10 min.
  7. Put sauce inside eggplants.
  8. Place it in the refrigerator until the next day.
