Ingredients
- 1 pound black long eggplant.
- 1 small garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- Frying oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- 1 tomato
Directions
- Clean the eggplant and get rid of head.
- Slit the eggplants.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Add tomato juice to salt and put it on low heat until become thick.
- Mince garlic and pepper, then add salt and vinegar.
- Add the garlic mix into tomato sauce, and leave it 10 min.
- Put sauce inside eggplants.
- Place it in the refrigerator until the next day.
