Egyptian Molokhia

Molokhia is the most public dishes on the Egyptian table. It has a lot of benefits where it contains on vitamin A, dietary fibers and protein. The Egyptian scientists say that Molokhia is a natural Viagra.

Ingredients

- 1 cup dried or fresh molokhia.
- 1 tea spoon ground coriander.
- 2 cup of soup.
- 2 tea spoon garlic.
- 1 spoon salt.

Method

1- Put crushed garlic in a small bowl, then sprinkle coriander and salt.
2- Soak molokhia in soup around 30 min.
3- Introduce molokhia into a low heat for 2 min.
4- Redden garlic in a little oil until to be red.
5- Place fried garlic to molokhia, and stir the mix.
6- Boil molokhia around 30 sec.

If you want to cook molokhia with rabbits, you will need to a boiled rabbit, and redden it in a little gee or oil before you place it in molokhia.

Enjoy with this a delicious dish. You either eat it with bread or rice.
