Egyptian Baba Ghanoush

Baba Ghanoush is an Egyptian appetizer which is made from grilled eggplant. It has a smoky and delicious taste. Each 3 oz contains on about 52 K.Cal, 5% fat, 7% carbohydrates and 1.5% protein.

Ingredients

- A big eggplant.
- 2 tablespoon mashed garlic.
- 1 tablespoon tahina.
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt.
- Salt.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Olive oil.

Method

1- Make small holes in eggplant by a fork and grill it in the oven.
2- Move eggplant out and place it in cool water to get rid of skin easily.
3- Get rid of skin, except the head.
4- Open the grilled eggplant and get rid of the inside seeds.
5- Move it into a plastic bowl and crush it after removing the head.
6- Add tahina, yoghurt, salt and garlic.
7- Mix them well until have a soft structure.
8- Put the mix into a bowl and sprinkle some oil.
